In addition to the products found on our website, we also welcome custom-made orders, and can design or adapt a line for a boutique depending on its target customer.

MINIMUM ORDERTo open a wholesale account, an initial order valued at $300.00 or higher is required. The minimum size for subsequent orders is $500.00. For limited edition pieces, a minimum of 6 pieces should be bought to be considered as a wholesale purchase.

PAYMENT TERMSThe first purchase must be paid in full in advance. For subsequent orders, 50% is required to start production, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of shipping.

LEAD TIME ON ORDERSDepending on the items, and quantities, orders will be ready to ship within 4 to 12 weeks. Large, or custom, orders may take longer. Please enquire for more information.

CURRENCY & PRICE TERMSAll prices are quoted in US dollars and are FOB Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Buyers are responsible for all international shipping costs and any applicable import duties in the destination country.

SHIPPINGAs our products are lightweight, we use DHL airfreight services to ship. Shipping rates are available upon request. Alternative arrangements will be accommodated where possible. Please contact us for more information.

CUSTOM DESIGNSCustom designs are available. A fee will be applied for the initial samples, and a minimum order value of $300.00 applies to the production.

RETURNS POLICYWe offer returns in the following situations: (i) products received are different from those ordered (in terms of design or size); (ii) products received are damaged or faulty. In either situation please notify us by email within one weeks of receipt of goods. The value of the items in question will be refunded to the original payment method, or applied as a credit to the customer?s account. Bijou Lakay will not accept liability for damage caused during shipping, and we strongly advise taking out appropriate insurance.
Based on the fact that we are using a natural material, the bull horn, we cannot guarantee the exact color of each piece. Please keep in mind that each product is unique and handmade so precise reproduction is not possible. Dimensions where given are approximate, and final sizes may vary slightly, due to the handmade nature of the products.

COPYRIGHTWe ask that our wholesale partners clearly advertise that our products are handmade in Haiti and produced by Bijou Lakay or designed by Daphne?e Flore?al. It is important that this information is specified during the promotion of the products, and included on the packaging, and at the store where products are sold. Promotional materials can be provided if required.

GENERAL INFORMATIONThe bull horn is a natural material and it requires good care. Avoid showering and sleeping with pieces made from this material. To ensure that your piece maintains its appearance, apply some essential oils to it. Never wear your piece of jewelry in a place where the temperature is greater than 50?C. Treat your jewelry well and it will last forever!
